Transactions involving cryptocurrencies and digital assets carry a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The user expressly acknowledges that they may lose part or all of the invested capital. While the Company employs advanced risk management strategies, it does not guarantee results, profits, or capital preservation.
The returns obtained through the Company’s services are variable and depend on multiple external factors beyond the Company’s control. Investors are subject to a fee and commission scheme that will apply to each transaction carried out within the system. These costs, designed to maintain the platform’s operation, may be adjusted at the Company's discretion without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, management and reinvestment fees.
The use of multiple accounts by a single user, known as multi-accounting, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the Company reserves the right to suspend or irrevocably cancel the involved accounts, without the right to a refund of funds. Furthermore, any attempt to manipulate the system or create fraudulent schemes by users, leaders, or partners may result in the immediate termination of the business relationship, with the total loss of funds associated with such activities.
Investment operations and payments derived from them will be carried out within the parameters established by the Company, which reserves the right to adjust payment mechanisms based on market conditions and available liquidity. Payments and withdrawals are subject to a variable processing period, and in exceptional situations, the Company may temporarily suspend withdrawal services or capital access without prior notice.
QuantyX Limited Co. is not responsible for total or partial financial losses that may result from the use of its services or participation in volatile markets. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user, who voluntarily agrees to assume all associated risks. The Company does not guarantee specific returns, continuity of past results, or absence of losses, even when advanced analysis and automation techniques are used.
Any user suspected or found participating in fraudulent activities, such as breach of agreements, data manipulation, or malicious acts against the Company, may be subject to sanctions, including the immediate cancellation of their account and loss of associated funds. These actions are designed to protect the integrity of the platform and its investors, without the need to notify the offender in advance.
The user acknowledges that cryptocurrency and digital asset markets are highly speculative, volatile, and subject to external risks that cannot be controlled or anticipated by the Company. QuantyX Limited Co. shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for financial losses, service interruptions, or inability to access funds when these are due to events such as market fluctuations, technological failures, hacking, government regulations, exchange suspensions, or any other circumstance beyond the Company’s direct control. The user declares to be fully informed of these risks and agrees to participate under their own responsibility, releasing QuantyX Limited Co. from any claims for economic losses. The Company does not operate as a financial advisor, and no communication should be interpreted as a guarantee of performance or investment advice.
